This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We are pleased to advise that we have completed the processing of your application. Immigrant visas may be issued to you and your accompanying dependents upon presentation of valid passports. You and each of your accompanying family members - including each of your children, regardless of age - must have his or her own valid passport or travel document.
You must come to the Embassy by October 14, 2010 to collect your visa(s). You may approach the Embassy from Monday through Thursday (we are closed to the public every Friday) from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. The visas may be picked up by the end of the same day. You should bring to the Embassy the passports or travel documents for each member of your family who was included in your application, and who will be accompanying you to Canada.
Please note that your processing results are valid to 05-07-2011 (day/month/year) and you will have to enter Canada by that date. The expiry date on immigrant visas will not be extended.
If anything changes in your family situation before you travel to Canada, (e.g., if you or your dependents marry, divorce, enter a common-law relationship, or give birth, etc.) you must inform this office immediately.
If you have not yet applied for a passport(s), you should do so now. Ukrainian regulations require Ukrainian citizens to obtain an exit visa before emigrating. This letter should assist you when applying at your local office of Visas and Registration.
Please ensure that the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is paid by your sponsor in Canada. Our office receives the payment confirmation in about 4 weeks after the payment has been made in Canada.
Please be advised that you need to submit 2 new passport-sized photos for each person travelling to Canada (prepared according to the enclosed photo instructions), and information about height, eye color and years of education.
Please make sure you have an up to date address of your sponsor in Canada before you come to the Embassy.

Фотокартки повинні:
відображати повний вигляд спереду голови та плечей особи; обличчя повинно знаходитися у центрі фотокартки, а також
бути ідентичними (чорно-білими або кольоровими) та виготовлені з одного і того ж незайманого негатива, або віддрукованими спеціальним багатооб’єктивним фотоапаратом (наприклад Polaroid).
ФОТОКАРТКИ ПОВИННІ БУТИ ЗРОБЛЕНІ ТІЛЬКИ НА БІЛОМУ ТЛІ.
Фотокартки повинні:
бути розміром від 25 до 35 міліметрів від підборіддя до маківки; та
від 35 до 45 міліметрів загалом.
