Да, проверил - пишут - сотни, хотя я по СБС лично слышал тысячи. Только 1 из жуликов взял 300.000$:

Five secret reports from different Romanian institutions and agencies have been made public by the country's president upon their request.

Declassified information from Romania's intelligence agencies has revealed that the sudden rise of populist hard-right candidate Calin Georgescu in the first round of last month’s presidential election was "not a natural outcome".

Instead, the reports show that it was the result of a coordinated social media campaign, most likely orchestrated by a "state actor."

Romania's President Klaus Iohannis released on Wednesday five classified reports from various national institutions and agencies on election interference, following requests from the institutions that authored them.

A previously hidden network, mainly operating on TikTok, which had been largely inactive since its launch in 2016, was activated two weeks before the elections. The network's operators, recruited and coordinated through a channel on the messaging platform Telegram, used methods typical of a state actor's "mode of operation," the national intelligence agency SRI concluded.

'Urgent clarification of issues'

The SRI also reported that nearly one million euros were spent in the campaign by an individual supporting Georgescu's candidacy, with up to €950 paid for a repost. TikTok itself admitted to receiving €362,500 from this person last week.

On Tuesday, TikTok representatives told the European Parliament's Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection that the Chinese platform had removed "66,000 fake accounts and many fake followers" targeting a Romanian audience since September.

Under the EU's new Digital Services Act, political advertising on large platforms such as TikTok is now strictly regulated.

The classified reports were initially presented at a meeting of Romania's Supreme Council of National Defence (CSAT) last week and then forwarded to relevant legal and regulatory bodies "to urgently take the necessary steps, according to their legal competencies, to clarify the issues presented in the CSAT meeting," as stated in the president's office press release.

Romania's election systems targeted in over 85,000 cyberattacks

A declassified report from Romania’s Intelligence Service says that the country’s election infrastructure was targeted by more than 85,000 cyberattacks.

Threat actors also obtained access credentials for election-related websites and leaked them on a Russian hacker forum less than a week before the first presidential election round.

Attacks originating from 33 countries

The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) says that on November 19 the IT infrastructure of the country’s Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) was the target of a cyberattack.

The attacker compromised a server with mapping data (gis.registrulelectoral.ro) that was connected to both the public web and the AEP’s internal network.

Following this incident, account credentials for Romanian election sites, including bec.ro (Central Election Bureau), roaep.ro, and registrulelectoral.ro (voter registration), were leaked on a Russian cybercrime forum.

According to SRI, the attacker obtained the logins by either targeting legitimate users or by exploiting vulnerabilities in the training server for operators at voting sections.

The Romanian intelligence agency says that the 85,000 attacks continued until November 25th, the night after the first presidential election round, and the goals ranged from gaining access to the election infrastructure and compromising it to altering election information for the public and denying access to the systems.

SRI notes in the declassified report that the threat actor tried to breach the systems by exploiting SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities from devices in more than 33 countries.

The agency is also warning that Romania's election infrastructure is still affected by vulnerabilities that could be exploited to move laterally on the network and establish persistence.
